Wingo and Associates believes in a comprehensive Needs Assessment to evaluate issues and determine the appropriate solution for reaching the desired outcome.  We work in collaboration with leader(s) to agree upon the plan to move forward.  This could include utilizing any of the tools previously mentioned, individual coaching or topics such as:

​Short interviews are often used to get to know some or all of the employees who will be participating in the coaching or training. This is helpful to build relationships prior to any sessions, in order to create an environment of trust.  The more thorough the up-front work, the more successful the outcome.
